The exact services, deliverables, timelines and fees applicable to a client will be specified in the relevant proposal, quotation, statement of work or service agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate and timely information, content, access credentials, approvals, materials and other resources reasonably required to deliver the agreed services.

The client is responsible for ensuring that any content, data, images, trademarks, documents or other materials supplied to Rudvaira Technologies may legally be used for the intended purpose.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals or lack of access may affect project timelines.

3. Project Scope

Services will be provided according to the agreed scope.

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require additional fees and/or an updated delivery timeline.

Any significant change in requirements may require a revised quotation or written approval.

4. Fees & Payments

Fees and payment schedules will be communicated before the commencement of the applicable service.

Depending on the project, Rudvaira Technologies may require:

• Advance payment
• Milestone payments
• Monthly payments
• Full payment before service commencement

Failure to make payments when due may result in suspension or postponement of services.

Third-party costs, including hosting, domain registration, software subscriptions, API usage, advertising spend, communication services and other external services, may be charged separately unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery & Timelines

Project timelines are estimates unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed in writing.

Delivery may depend on client feedback, approvals, access credentials, third-party services and other external factors.

Rudvaira Technologies will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Rudvaira Technologies retains ownership of its pre-existing:

• Software
• Frameworks
• Templates
• Libraries
• Tools
• Processes
• Methodologies
• Know-how
• Reusable components

Upon receipt of all applicable payments, the client may receive rights to the final deliverables specifically created for the client, subject to any third-party licences and the terms of the applicable agreement.

Third-party software, APIs, plugins, stock assets, fonts and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.

7. AI-Generated & Automated Outputs

Some services may use artificial intelligence, automation systems or third-party AI platforms.

AI-generated outputs may require human review, editing, testing or verification before business use.

The client is responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them for legal, financial, medical, employment, regulatory or other high-impact decisions.

8. Marketing & SEO Results

Rudvaira Technologies does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, revenue or advertising results unless a specific written guarantee has been expressly agreed.

Digital marketing performance can be affected by competition, market conditions, advertising platforms, search engine algorithms, client responsiveness, budget and other factors.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may depend on third-party platforms such as advertising networks, hosting providers, payment processors, APIs, social media platforms, communication services and software providers.

Rudvaira Technologies is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, pricing changes, API changes or other actions taken by third-party providers.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties should take reasonable steps to protect confidential business information shared during a project.

Confidential information should not be disclosed to third parties except where necessary to provide the agreed services, required by law, or otherwise authorized.

11. Website Use

Users must not use our website to:

• Violate applicable laws
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Introduce malicious code
• Interfere with website operation
• Copy or misuse protected content
• Conduct fraudulent activities
• Misrepresent their identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse is reasonably suspected.

12. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, together with any project-specific agreement.

Where the project has already commenced, amounts relating to completed work, committed resources and non-refundable third-party costs may not be refundable.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rudvaira Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14. Force Majeure

Rudvaira Technologies will not be responsible for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including major technical failures, internet or infrastructure outages, natural disasters, governmental actions, cyber incidents, third-party platform failures or other unforeseen events.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be published on this website with the revised effective date.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, unless otherwise agreed in a written contract with the client or required by applicable law.
